And once she's got the med kit and once he's sitting back down she goes to bandaging him up. Actually, a part of her is probably surprised he'd keep his back that way when he could easily just heal it. But it isn't something she's going to question. His body and all. If he wants to keep battle wounds from his pregnant girl then that's his perogative.
